Title: Website Maintenance Post by: admin on March 28, 2010, 18:44 Website has been up for a year now and has been re-registered. Something that has been coming for some time now is locking the registration process to prevent spammers from joining and posting, which they do now on a semi-regular basis and it is some work to manually remove them.
The registration process will then require approval. As it is now, without knowing a player's connection to their game character, i won't give them advanced access, so this can help in that way also. During this process inactive accounts that have never posted and have not logged in for some time will be purged from the database. This will occur first, then a week later the registration process will be locked down. This will give players that have forgotten their passwords a chance to register again using an easy process.
